CHRISTMAS COW KILLED A YOUTH LEADER IN BAYELSA STATE

Tragedy struck the community of Obogoro in Yenagoa Governorate, Bayelsa State, when a cow bought for the Christmas party killed the community's former youth president, Sobokime Igodo.

The deceased and a group of friends reportedly brought money to buy the cow and share it, as they usually do every Christmas.

Local residents in the area said the incident happened at the home of the deceased, where the cow sharing was supposed to take place.

It was discovered that the two butchers hired to kill the cow were unable to stand the animal up so they could tie its legs together before killing it.
