On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) has extended an invitation to foreign citizens to apply for the Fully Funded Mexico Government Scholarship 2024. This opportunity is open to citizens from over 180 countries and covers full-time undergraduate, master’s, PhD, postgraduate research, and postdoctoral programs, with participation from more than 90 Mexican higher education institutions.
The scholarship provides comprehensive coverage, including airfare, tuition fees, registration, a monthly stipend, accommodation, visa costs, and health insurance. Scholarship Level and Duration:
- Undergraduate Mobility Program: Maximum 24 months
- Master's Mobility Program: Maximum 12 months

- Postgraduate Research Stays (Master's, Doctoral, and Postdoctoral): Maximum 12 months

- Motivational letter for studies or research in Mexico (max 2 pages, Arial size 12, single spacing)
- Curriculum vitae (max 3 pages, Arial size 12, single spacing)
- Letter of commitment to return to the country of origin
- Acceptance of the terms of the Call
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of valid passport or government-issued photo ID
- Recent medical certificate indicating good health (max 3 months old)
- Proof of advanced Spanish language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Declaration of truthfulness for the provided information
- All documents must be in Spanish or translated into Spanish
