Qatar University Scholarships 2025

 Qatar University offers scholarships to international students applying to undergraduate programs. However, students transferring from other universities, visiting students, non-degree applicants, and those seeking a second bachelor's degree are ineligible. Scholarship applications must be submitted during the designated application period, with selection being competitive.

International Students Scholarship
6 October 2024	Start online application for the International Students Scholarship
16 October 2024	Last day for online application for International Students Scholarship
26 November 2024	Announce scholarship decisions

Eligibility Requirements:

1. A high school certificate or its equivalent with a minimum average of 95%

2. Final acceptance into the university

3. Meeting the specific admission requirements of the chosen college

4. The scholarship must be used starting from the awarded semester (postponing for one semester is allowed with committee approval)

5. Cannot be combined with another scholarship or sponsorship.

Conditions for Maintaining the Scholarship:

1. Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

2. Successfully complete at least 12 credit hours per semester

3. Remain continuously enrolled (in Fall and Spring) until graduation

4. Graduate within the timeframe specified in the study plan

5. Adhere to all academic regulations and policies of Qatar University

6. Follow the general conditions for maintaining the scholarship

 How to Apply:

International students can apply for the scholarship through the online admission application during the designated period. They must also submit the original high school transcript and other required documents to Qatar University’s Admissions Department at the following address:

Application and Evaluation Procedure:

1. Apply online for both admission and scholarships during the application period.

2. Applications will be evaluated after the deadline, and selected students will receive an initial conditional acceptance letter.

3. After final admission, the university will process student visas and notify them accordingly.

4. The final admission and scholarship decisions will be communicated by email according to the set timeline.
